A part time ski bum, most at home camping in a car and drifting from one mountain to the next. Ski Bum Dave has built his life around chasing snow. Having skied 99 different mountains (and counting), he collects stickers and refrigerator magnets from every ski area like Pokémon.

His winters involve countless hours of resort research, canceling or rescheduling plans, and checking the forecast. When he is at the mountain you’ll find him lost in the woods, crushing bumps, and enjoying lift sodas from a nearby brewery.

Check out his page for endless stoke, better than average skiing, and the world famous “Beer Can Snow Report”.

I have been skiing since I was seven and snowboarding since I was 15. It was what I did every weekend and holiday as a kid and continued into adulthood. Most of my best friends are people I have met in the mountains. In high school and college I worked park staff for Windham and shot photos for their website. After college, I didn't have access to Windham the same way I did growing up, so I would still ride here and there, but picked up roller derby for a few years, that's where DeadLeigh came from, it was my derby name. I got back into snowboarding every weekend and don't know why I stopped. Now, I cruise around Creek most weekends with trips to Vermont and Tahoe each year and wherever else I get taken.
I do some graphic design work for companies and myself and am getting back into photography. The mountain is always where I felt like I belonged, where people understood me. Simply put, it was home for me. I started surfing a few years ago and fell in love. Board sports have brought the best people into my life, taken me all over the world in search of snow, waves, and adventures, and most importantly they have brought me memories I will cherish forever. I am just happy to be stoked and spread the stoke!

Started skateboarding when I was 10 years old. That was the first sport I found that I instantly fell in love with in the extreme sports world. Since then that has also opened the door to snowboarding, which I started at 16. Both sports are completely different, but also go so hand in hand. Once the snowboarding season ends, I’m right on my skateboard, and as soon as the season starts I’m right back on my snowboard. No matter what else I am doing in life whether it is work, or being around friends and family, I will always find time to skate, and snowboard. These are the two sports that drive me to be a better athlete, and also always bring like minded individuals into my life that share the same interests and passions.

These two sports have brought me so much more than an adrenaline rush, and sport to enjoy. They bring so many connections with them, people who have remained in my life forever, and experiences that you can't find anywhere else. These two sports are the main two sports I focus on, and bring me so much joy and fulfillment in life. I feel as though Till I Die is the perfect fit with that mentality, and what I want moving forward in both of these sports.
